All orders placed through DelveBio Swag Shop are treated as order requests rather than direct purchases. Customers do not pay at checkout. Instead, each order is submitted to an administrator who reviews the request and determines whether it will be approved or denied. If approved, the administrator completes payment on behalf of the customer, and the order is then sent into production.
Approved orders are placed on our production schedule based on current order volume and manufacturing capacity. Most approved orders enter production within one to two business days. On average, delivery occurs within seven to ten business days after approval.
Once an order has been approved and submitted for production, SWAGBOX.COM is not responsible for any production or shipping delays that may occur. Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and are subject to change. To avoid a delay interfering with a specific deadline, we recommend submitting your order request as early as possible.
All orders are shipped ground. If your order requires expedited delivery, please indicate this in the expedited delivery field provided on the checkout page. While we cannot guarantee that all expedited requests will be accommodated, we will make every effort to prioritize them where possible.
